English piecing is new to me but yours is so lovely. It looks hard to do but you hung in there. I agree,anything you spent so long doing it cries to be hand quilted. Its not often we see this caliber froma new quilter. Thank you for showing it to us.

What a beautiful, unusual color scheme! And it goes so well with your pattern. I could fall asleep without half trying under that!

Welcome....your quilt is stunning.Brings back fond memories as my aunt first taught me to hand quilt this exact quilt.It is well worth all the time and effort you put into it.
