How blessed you are to have things like quilts that your mother made and to have had her until she was 97. My mom is 95 and still lives at home. She use to sew all the time but never quilted. She told me she wished she had learned how and enjoys hearing about what I am doing. I live 600 miles from her.

Journaling can be as simple as a photo and the details. I do keep one of my cross stitched projects and am sorry that I didn't start sooner. I also keep the pattern in the same book, but just that's me.
