My Quilting Journey
#21
Welcome from northeast Georgia. Most of us use a sewing machine to make our quilt tops, and many of us send the tops out to be machine quilted on a longarm machine. That doesn't make them any less a quilt! You go, girl!

Thank you SO much Linda B for sharing the info on Diane Ross. Watching the video brought tears to my eyes. she's such a spunky lady and what an inspiration! I consider myself to be blessed to have the sight I do have, but like her son't consider myself handicapped, but merely inconvenienced at times. Interesting too that Diane has done ceramics. I'm also a clay artist. But quilting is my newest love, and I''m hooked.
BTW I've been a frquent visitor to CA & a few years ago was in your neck of the woods to attend Reggae on the Riv er. We visited Avenue of the Gians. I'm just awed by those big trees; have also visited Muir & Armstrong Woods.
