thanks so much. I don't know if i'd say brave (stupid maybe) lol I only quilted one quilt so far but it was after I purchased a stylus and a pantograph (groovy board) to do it. It's coming along but I am going to need a lot of practice. Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome from sunny (& hot!) Southern California. I have a Tin Lizzie 18, and once I learned how to use it, it's been a good and reliable friend for a dozen years. I bought it so I could do better free motion sewing on it, and am lucky that one of my sons keeps it in good running shape for me. I think you'll enjoy yours, too.
