When we lived in Vermont, we moved here summers. It was quite a production with 3 kids, 2 dogs, 1 sewing machine, fabric etc., DH's writing and lastly, our clothing.
Of course we drove through New Hampshire and once stopped at Keepsake Quilting. It was an incredible store. I have always wanted to go to their 4th of July sale. That is evidently a pretty wild scene. We'd have to sleep in the car, I fear to get close at all.
Not many close quilt shops nearby here. It's over 60 miles round trip to one, 120 miles round trip to JoAnns. But Penobscot Bay is in our front yard!
