Lefse is best slathered with soft butter and a spoon of lingonberries on top, rolled up. Oh, was a joy to be a Swede! Edie

Hey, Mpls girl! Ever been to Engebritson's??????? My dad used to take me there to buy the Lutefisk, Lefse and the makings for Potatis Korv. We made the best potato sausage in the world. Takes me back! Edie

Where is it? I will be going up to Mpls next month. Potato sausage is wonderfu. Lutefisk NOT!!
