Hi everyone,
I hadn't sewn anything since 8th grade Home Economics (where I believe I was traumatized for life :( ) until the cutest little quilt shop opened in my small town. I went in and fell in love with the fabrics and signed up for a class. Now I have completed two small projects, having a blast in the process and I own a sewing machine and am starting to accumulate a stash already  I love reading your posts with all the great suggestions and I finally signed up a couple of days ago.

Hello Mrs. Theo!!
A warm welcome from here in Newfoundland, Canada. I drove through your State back in the summer of 2000 from Nova Scotia to Florida and I have to say it was one of the most beautiful States in your country. I fell in love with the landscape and I would love to get back there again some day!!!
You are going to love this place. The people here are all so nice and helpful. If you are looking for a touch of inspiration, be ready to have your socks knocked off!! They have some great ideas and the creativity is out of this world!!! I am not two weeks new here myself and am addicted!!

Thanks for the wecome :-) I've traveled some in Canada and have always wanted to visit Nova Scotia, but haven't yet had the opportunity. Oh well, I'm still fairly young, I'll get there. How long have you been quilting?

Hello and welcome to the family, Mrs. Theo. We're thrilled to have you join us. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. If you have any questions, comments or pictures- you just post to your heart's desire. We love seeing others work so we can ooh and ahh over it. LOL. I'm sure you will enjoy it here, I know I do. :)
