Hello and welcome from Perth, Western Australia...Sandra don't think of yourself as lost...you are just embarking on a huge adventure. The cool thing is, you are on the journey with a whole lot of likeminded souls.

Welcome from central Alabama. I, too, am self taught. Just remember, 1) there are no quilt police, and 2) your quilt, your rules.

Statesville, also about 45 minutes from Charlotte.

It is a baseball quilt for my great nephew that lives in Greenville, NC.

I wish I did still live there, I would love to help you. Have you been to Mary Jo's?

You will learn a lot by being on the board. You will do great. Don't hesitate to ask questions. I have been quilting from over 25 years and still learn something everyday on this board.

I haven't been to Mary Jo's either, plan on going there in april. Tilley's has been around forever.

You never know, it is a very small world. I do come home quite a bit.
