Hello and welcome from central Alabama. Congrats on completing your chemo, I'm sure you are glad. I think hand made gifts are the best. Nothing beats getting something made especially for you. Love the Jewel Box block, it is a lovely quilt.

Thank you for the welcome! Yes, the quilt is really pretty. I made one for me & one for a Christmas gift, both the same. Was having so much fun, I made too many blocks! LOL!! Our family has always been thankful for my gifts & many have told me they still have them after many years, so they are appreciated. Somehow I always manage something different for everyone. :-)

Morning Becky - I just read through your introduction and send many kudos your way! Your quilts are beautiful and attacking both the challenge of chemo and a pattern someone told you was beyond your limits is admirable. Here is to your continued health and beautiful quilting for 2011.
