Hi I am new to the field of quilting. I am eager to start my first project but I am waiting for my back bedroom to be finished and turned into a sewing room. I have already ordered some patchwork squares.
I have always been involved in some type of craft including embroidery, knitting, crosstitching and cardmaking.
I would like some advice on which types of grid rulers to buy I have been looking at the slotted type.

Hello from MIchigan! A ruler I would consider a must in a quilting room is one that is at least the length of your folder width of fabric.
