I stopped by and loved the site. I'm hoping to learn tips and tricks from those who have been quilting a long time and from those who may be new but have some wonderful new ideas.

I've sewn most of my life, but it was more clothing and home dec. I didn't enjoy the clothing sewing much, but I am happy I know how. I made some tied quilts several years ago. Really easy block ones. I've branched out to do some pieced wall hangings and some applique wall hangings. Presently I am working on a log cabin block quilt with sashings that will eventually look like an american flag pattern.
