Thanks for the warm welcomes! One of these days I'll get the hang of using my new camera to post pics.

I've put aside my Jewel Box blocks for a couple of days to work on a flannel nightgown - it's gotten cold here (well 50 and 60 are cold to me since moving south) - and long winter gowns are scarce as hen's teeth anymore!

Welcome! You aren't from Jennings, are you? I'm trying to find a quilting buddy for my mother-in-law who lives in Jennings. She makes beautiful quilts but knows of no one who shares her passion locally.

Check out "Quiltville.com" for scrappy quilts. Bonnie Hunter does amazing quilts with scraps!
