Sorry this happened to you :( I don't think you would want to try and stretch these to gain what was lost. You will end up with worse problems on down the road...
Most of us do not wash any precuts, because this will usually be the end result. Unless ofcourse you are going to be cutting them smaller anyway :D:D:D
