Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I call the horse quilt "Run Wild, Run Free". It is based on a pattern from Connecting Threads. I have misplace the pattern, so I can't tell you the original name. I bought it off the sale page, so it is no longer available.
Run Wild was made for a veternarian who treated an injured stray puppy for free. He had a broken leg and some nasty gashes from being mauled by a bigger dog. I'm happy to say the puppy is healthy and happy in his new home. We were able to find him a new home in another state.
