The first rule is to get a quarter inch ruler. make sure you start on #1 and go to 2 ect. Don't skip any numbers or piece out of order or you'll have a mess. When I get a little free time I have a Mariners Compass I'm gonna paper piece. It's gonna be a while before I have time though.

If you go to google and search for paper piecing quilt tutorials you'll find a lot of sites to look at. You might come across one on you-tube. I find a lot of quilting tutorials on there.
