Default Thank You

Thanks for all the welcomes and input. I have an older Viking Designer 1 but I am looking to get another one to put on a Long arm like devise that converts a regular domestic to a long arm like machine. What I struggle with is the top stitching looking correct, bottom looks fine on my domestic machine quilting. So I thought I'd ask the group out there if they had a domestic that worked fabulous so I can save up LOL!

Welcome from Ohio!!! Good luck doing the quilting on a domestic machine....I send mine out to be done. I have someone that is very reasonable, although not really fancy. It still looks nice when it is done. I have a Bernina 230 that I love for all other parts of the quilting process.

I have a Bernina. It is great for quilting--not so great for accurate piecing.

Default Ask dealers about repacks

I got my Husq. Viking +1 as a repack -virtually new, used in a class, dealer cannot sell as new. I do not do FMQ yet. Trying to learn how.
