Search for the "QB Help Center". The step by step directions should be found there. There are other ways too but that may be the easiest to find. Welcome back.

I did mine on the User profile page - about 1/3 of the way down on the left choose Edit Avatar.

There is also the option on the left hand side of the page here where you can go to User CP scroll down to setting and Avatar is the first option.

Welcome back! I've been around a couple of years and found this site when the ones I was active on back around Y2K were either gone or radically changed... it's a nice place to be and I'm glad you found your way back and to meet you for the first time.
