Sandpat: I haven't made the Spin Star yet, but I think I might try to figure it out on my own using a partial strip piecing method. I found a free pattern online using paper piecing but, as my name suggests, I'm a bit lazy when it comes to quilts. LOL
Up North: I'm from the West Michigan area, not too far from the Lakeshore. I love going to the Big Lake but I'm not too happy that we alrady have leke effect snow. :)
Thank you for all the 'welcome' and nice comments on my quilts. I've also made a couple of Irish Chains (one pink and green-kind of a victirian look, and one white and green) but I don't have the pictures on this computer.
