Is there a 12 step program for quilters?

How about:
1. See something you just have to make (forget the 86 UFOs you already have!)
2. Even though you already have lots of blues and greens and reds in your stash, you absolutely must get that awesome one the shelf (after all, it is on sale!)
3. While you are at it, you pick up some other really useful pieces (never can tell when you'll ever see it again, right?)
4. Stop at another shop on the way home (not to buy, just to look)
5. Three and a half yards later, make your way home (do not stop at the next shop!)
6. After leaving the third shop (your car just magically turned to their parking lot) you head for home
7. Sit down, put your feet up with a nice glass of ice tea and a snack while you read the pattern and fondle your new fabrics
8. Be sure to mention to your significant other how much money you saved! (no need to mention what you spent)
9. Head to your sewing area to cut, sew, press, unsew, sew again and forget about the time (dinner is over rated, right?)
10. Admire your work, not quilted yet, but someday you'll finish it. Remember: Tomorrow is another day, another project
11. Take a picture and post it on QuiltingBoard.com, then spend the rest of the evening online
12. Begin again at step one
Life is good and just keeps getting better!
