Babylock evolve. The jet air threader is worth it's weight in gold as far as saving time.

Super easy to thread, mine works perfectly every time. I can change out one thread without rethreading all.
Ditto on Babylock. I have a less expensive BL and it is awesome, reliable and easy to use. Perfect stitches every time.

I got my Janome from Overstock.com for less than $200. It does all I want.

I have one that is collecting dust! I have a new Singer Curvy that does everything. But the only time I use a serder is to make dresses. don't do that much anymore.

I have the Babylock air threaded Wave and love it. It is a dream to use and never had a problem with it in the 5+ years I've it.
