I've made those before. I you turn it out like she did at the end and then fold the flaps down a bit further than hers it will stand up and it makes a great thread catcher to sit by your machine. I use mine all the time when sewing with groups or in class.

OHHH, I love this method. How adorable to make them with embelishments as gifts and I bet most of us have the makings right in our stash already.

Cute, Cute, Cute! Thank you for sharing this adorable little bag with us! What a great idea as a summer project for mom's to make with their daughters and Grandma's to make with their granddaughters. The girls could embellish their own bags to their liking! Thanks again!
