When I saw the link to the free bom, I just had to try it. It was a little challenge to get the block to 12" but with my husband's help I finished the block last night about 9:00. It is not perfect but I am very pleased how mine came out. I loved how the batiks really make it look like a stain glass. I look forward to your comments. Karen

I don't know why the picture posted so small. I did the same procedure I always have in posting the picture. I hope this one is better.

Wow.... gorgeous colors and it practically glows! Good job on block one. I'll get around to mine soon!

I'm going to give this a try as well. I've not tried PP, well I tried it once but wasn't successful but this year I'm going to force myself to tackle something out of my comfort range.

I couldn't find anyplace on the site where you can sign up to automatically be notified when the next block is up and I tend to lose sites. Does anyone know if there's a place to get notifications when the new block is up. I know it will be Feb. 1 but I also know I'll forget :-(
