Thanks for posting. I'm going to try it. It's real pretty.
Hopefully it's not too small for my skilz. May have to enlarge like the other poster did.
I just finished FMQ and binding on a PP Morning Stars by Marcia Hohn of Quilter's Cache.
I'm very happy with it and even though PP ia a bit fiddly it sure is nice when all the corners meet up so nicely.

Changing my initial reply...Not sure if I should thank you or curse you for posting this . I'm fairly new to paper piecing and never done a stained glass style quilt although I have admired them. When considering if I should do this I though - heck ya, with paper piecing those little black strips will be easy peasy.
Yup, until you have to join the units together. Something I neglected to even consider. I think it took me more time to join the 6 units together then it did to piece all of them. But I did it and I am pretty happy with the results. Very thankful that they will be spaced out once a month. Not sure I could handle them all at once. I haven't decided yet if I am going to square them up or keep them hexagon shaped - I'll decide at the end when they're all done.

Imanna, that is beautiful! You did a fantastic job. I was just wondering how difficult it was going to be. I am not the best at paper piecing - I think my mind reverses everything for some reason. I love your colors! Go ahead and curse me! I've heard worse

Thank you.
Oh my gosh it took hours because I'm not nearly as skilled as the others! There are a few colossal booboos, but I can live with it. I don't think the average non-quilter will spot them, so I'm not going to sweat it.
