I always knew there had to be a way of making those mitered corners look good. I can miter, not a problem, but oh boy am I ready to try this. Now I have to hurry and finish one of my many projects. Thanks so much for finding this tut.

I've been doing it this way for several years except I've never cut off the wedge and guess I'll try it. I found a neat tool that helps me know when to stop...perfect binding miter by Glenna...( http://www.quiltsnstuff.net/ ). I've purchased mine at quilt shops but not every quilt shop carries them.

He did say to stop the exact seam distance, so if you sewed 1/4 inch seam, then you would stop 1/4 inch from the end.
