Cold Feet???

Thank You. My feet are always cold but I cant stand socks in bed. Going to try this. Bet my cat will like it to.

Wold like to make this but wondering how long do you pop this in he microwave for? is there a time limit?

I recently made several of these for the nursing home. They had a lot of use for them.

2 mins in microwave for the corn so I bet its the same for the rice.

I put wheat in my bags, we have two each for the winter,they are/also great for stomach cramps, back ache, and sore boobs after having a baby vbg I also put a glass of water in the microwave when heating the bags,no chance. Of a fire by doing that
