Well I managed to print off my Michaels 50% coupons for today. My husband and I both bought a Hobbs 80/20 quilt batt. So I spent about $35 for 2 queen size batts and I am a happy camper!

That was a good deal. I bought a roll of Hobbs batting on eBay and paid $10 more than wholesale price with free shipping. Figure it will help me finish at least 30 charity lap quilts.

I did the same thing. My husband used to balk at the idea of going shopping with me. Then when he realized how much money it saved he is all for the shopping trips.

I love their coupons - mostly I use them for batting, in fact whenever I'm in town where there is a Michael's, I try and get one.

Gee, our Michaels doesn't carry anything for quilters. I was surprised to read that they do in some areas.
