That is one of my fears - that I will drop dead and leave my children with a job like that. My oldest daughter will move it all to Oasis, a resale store for the women's shelter, which is fine with me.

I have a collection close to that! My son told me when I die, he will move a dumpster in here and throw it all in there! How cruel can you be? Guess I better start posting it. Should I sell yardage or cut it in fat Quarters?

I live close to this person, but I'm on a material hiatus until I get the charges paid off. But, soooooo tempting....

Good thing I'm not there! Mine used to be worse, but I pawned much of it off to my daughter when I moved the last time. She will get the rest when I kick the bucket..... Ha Ha Ha Ha.....

HOLY COW Sure wish I could be there for that one!!!!! I just know I could find some pieces to fill in where I need them for an "Outside the Block" quilt. I have most of what I need in my stash, but could use a couple more black on white and white on blacks.

I used to worry about how much fabric I have and leaving it behind. Then I realized, I won't be here, so I stopped worrying.
Have given DD instructions, not that I'm planning going anywhere any time soon.

I went to this sale a couple months ago. This is about 3 miles from my house in Livonia. I got 40 pieces of fabric for $80.00. From 2 to 4 yards each piece. Everything is pre washed and marked with the yardage. The grandmother sewed square dancing costumes. I could not believe it when the grandson told me she did not quilt.
