Default Creative Grids Folded Corner Clipper

I watched this video twice before I knew I had to have this ruler. I’ve always been dissatisfied with the method of drawing the diagonal line and then sewing, trimming , pressing to make hst/ flying geese /binding, etc. Sometimes the unit turns our ok ; often it doesn’t but what step in the process was the culprit when it doesn’t?

I bought the ruler recently and used it for binding and hsts so far. I love it. One caution is that there is a bias edge so starching the fabric before you stitch keeps your seam from being unruly.

I have been using this ruler since it was sold as Prairie Sky Folded Corner Clipper. It is a great little ruler.

I've thought about buying one several times....but I must admit to being a ruler "junkie".

I use the Simple Folded Corner Ruler https://www.google.com/search?safe=a...31.IzCQGgLzCZs for those tricky hst and flying geese units. I felt so guilty buying it at first, for a Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt, because it was the most expensive ruler I had ever bought! But now I use it all the time! It's large enough to use for squaring up units too.

Great video...I think I have Bonnie Hunter’s tool from doing one of her mysteries that works similarly.

The large size cost me about $24. As far as rulers go that is about average cost of any ruler I have bought. Where do you buy your rulers that they are so expensive?

I don't see a large one anywhere. I bought one and it's on the small side.
