Rickrack is back
This isn't the first time I've seen it, but the first I've decided to post it. Here's a binding tutorial, showing what amounts to a "flange" made of rick-rack. So-so cute, I think and inspiration to use other similar materials to "flange," lace or whatever. http://beeinmybonnetco.blogspot.com/...er-quilty.html.
Never thought I'd see it, but the 70's really is back .

No need to say "sorry". We all have different tastes! I think colors might bring back memories of good times in our lives. I guess the 70's wasn't such a great time for me, lol.
I have never been one to follow any color trends in quilting either. I have colors I like, colors I don't and tend to stick with the ones that make me happy. Most of my quilts are scrappy.
Still love the rickrack and it inspires for other things a person could do.
