    Yes, it's beautiful. I think the one with the black background is quite striking.

    Definitely not a beginner quilt. That particular website is deceiving. Rarely are any of the quilts beginner friendly and all link to other websites where the original pattern is located.     While I normally vote for a black background every time, this time I am drawn to the light background. I even went back to look again because this is not normal for me. I can not tell you the last time I liked a white/light background for something like this quilt. I agree, definitely not a beginner quilt!

    I have this although have not made it yet. On the 'list' to do though; I too prefer the black background with bright colors. The black makes them 'pop'.

    Wowzers, that sure is a pretty quilt. I would love to see it done in all different blues with a white background. Thank you for sharing the link. I think I will add that to my bucket list. (Maybe someday.)
