I received an email from GRS Fabric.

For those of you that live/travel in the Houston area, GRS is located in Old Town Spring.

They have the largest selection of MODA fabrics I've every seen in my life...
Featuring 2 houses full of 3 bolt tall racks!

Looks like I'll have to check it out myself! :)

I got an email too! I haven't been to Old Towne Spring in years but on my list to visit during these sales days and check them out - thanks for the reminder.

    No problem!

Old Town has quite a bit of variety and pretty good food to boot. :)
The only draw back this time of year is having to endure 100+ temps as you walk from store to store. :(

(I'd like to add that I have no connection with this store other than wiping my drool off the floor every time I visit.)

Thanks for the heads-up. I've been out there once and loved it, but I'll have to check this one out, for sure. How does one get on their mailing list to get these announcements?

There's a place on their website to sign up, I think.
I signed up at the store on my last visit.

My daughter and I was just out at OLd Town Spring about a month ago, ate at the Cafe..I did not see the Quilt Fabric Shop. My daughter was looking for a wood piece to put over her fireplace. Found it, and checked out one place that was closing out, all things for sale. Would love to go back and find the fabric shop... WOOHOO....

Thanks so much for sharing the email. I have been there several times and they have sooooo much fabric! I didn't know that they had email notices. I will definitely have to sign up for them.

It is very easy to miss!
GRS is at the corner of Main Street and Keith Street.

Like most all of the store fronts in Old Town, it is an old house with a maze of rooms full of fabric.

Don't forget that on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays they have another house around back, separate from the main house, that they have open with all sorts of clearance!
