Glad I got to visit before it closed. It was a nice shop. The last day will be July 31.

Sad to hear. I learned a lot from her programs.

So does this mean we can no longer get things from her? I hate to see even the online places closing up.
I just read the announcement, so good to hear we can still order online. I wish I'd had the chance to visit the store. I bet they have some super sales there this next month.

Very sad. She was a marvelous teacher. I hope her 'lessons' continue on You Tube, especially the sewing part. Seems it's taught no where else, anymore.

I think her presence in the store was a main draw to it. The catalog business should be fine, I hope so.
I believe giving what I can will never cause me to be in need.

I'm glad the online store is still going to exist. I love getting the catalogs. One of my favorite online places to shop.

Brick and Mortar stores are just to expensive to keep going anymore. Buying online is so much more convenient for most folks and you are able to stock and serve so many more customers out of such a smaller space.

    Nancy's Notions Closing

I was just told from a reputable source that Nancy's Notions will be closing their doors on July 31st. Their doors are closed for the next few days and then their liquidation sale will be taking place.

I'm in a state of shock, I don't live far from there and just bought a long arm from them in May.
