What a great job you are doing for the fellows mental state. I think they are doing a great job and happy to see a publication on the project. We do not see enough of that. How did all of this get started and do you have help teaching the classes? Your picture shows how much fun you are having. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful work, and I wonder if you aren't changing more lives than you know. Even though they're competitive, this may be the first time they've personally done something to be proud of that was for someone else!!! Your picture is great, like someone who is very dedicated to others, and proud of her "crew."

Thanks to you for doing such a wonderful thing to help turn around some lives.

What a wonderful thing you are doing. It's strange to see the guys piecing and sewing with all those tats. If you can change one, it's worth it.

Bravo to you and your guys.....I have never been so impressed as to see how one person can motivate an entire group, especially men, to create.

That is so wonderful that you do this and the guys are motivated to do it too.

Thanks to all who have looked at the site!!!

Lyn, HOW on earth did you get all your kitties to stay put while you shot that photo? I can't even get my 1 princess to sit still while I try to snap one. She needs to come inspect what I'm doing!

What an inspiring story. Thank you so much.

I wonder if the guys will continue to quilt after their time is done? I'm guessing they will!!

It is called "Kitty TV". I put bird feeders close to the window and since they are indoor cats they sit at the window and stare. They will actually go to the window in the morning and hit the blinds so we pull them up. We had a small red squirrel come up to get some seed one time, he was eating away and turned to the window. You know in cartoons when the eyes pop? Well I swear that is what happened. That squirrel did not touch the porch leaving. I swear he had wings.
