we had to replace the desk top that crashed and wasn't sure how to get my EQ7 on it since couldn't deactivate it on the crashed one. Gave them a call and that was all it took--great service. now if I could learn the program better--hoping an upgrade to more intuitive program will help!

No updates here, I never really got int 7. As a matter of fact, I have decided to sell alot of those impulse buys that I've made over the years and then never really use them so I have started making a list of the things that falls into that category. Its a great program its just I have too many things that I don't use. I've been really good for the past couple of years, after the damage was done

I was on the fence about it but after watching Kari Schell's webinar yesterday it think I'll upgrade. She has other webinars scheduled. Here's her website.

how long is the webinar? I am interested but can't find how long it lasts and would have to schedule around work, etc. She did say that she was going to be posting the best video in the future on her website, so i may wait until then--going to a retreat this week.

also--did she show anything about how to use the stencils or drawings for trying out quilt designs on blocks or whole quilts? That is what I most want to be able to do and EQ7 is not real handy for that.

Well I impulsively updated to 8. I’m all in on the latest and greatest. It is a Whole new ballgame! I have some learning to do.

I just bought EQ7 in August and haven't played with it much. For $37 (US) to upgrade to 8 made sense to me. Now I will learn on EQ8 (I hope ;)). Maybe 8 is more intuitive???

I would Love to have the upgrade for $37!!!!!
Right now their website says it'll cost me $75 to upgrade. Ugh!
Still on the fence...

I have had the EQ7 on my Apple laptop for several years but have not used it too much. Mostly because of the laptop being small...anyways I purchased the PC version a couple of months ago and have enjoyed using it. And yes, I have upgraded to EQ8 for the special $37 price. I love the new version and I'm glad I upgraded.
