I did upgrade to EQ 8..and yes...like every new software, there is a "learning curve"...but Wow! It is much more user friendly than my EQ 7. I bought the books for 7 as well...(but, in truth only used them a few times.) What I like best about these guys is that if you can't find it on their help pages...you can email them, and within a couple of days...they will come back with real answers to my problems. Product support is amazing--especially since most software is a "once and done"...ie you buy it...and they are done with you.
