There is NO WAY we can see this one clearly yet! That is what makes choosing different colors harder- but I did it anyway as I had no pinks and didn't really want them in this quilt. |

I think the gold is bright enough to give you the contrast and light that you are looking for- the brown has too much print to me. JMHO. |

I asked this question on the other post also, but inquiring minds want to know...
I was playing with the Easy Angle ruler and I am just wondering... Why is it that they only give the directions for using the corner with the black triangle when you can use the other corner and get the exact same size triangle? Just curious... |
I suppose, if one tried to put directions for all the different ways you can use this ruler, the BOOK would make the cost of purchasing prohibitive <g> ...
Sometimes, the basic instruction is enough to get an inquisitive mind to think beyond the moment. The only reason I noticed the other end of the angle was that I am left-handed, and we are ALWAYS turning things this way and that to figure out how to make it work for us <g> ... also ... the numbers for what they are trying to accomplish ... after awhile, the numbers become too confusing if you get a whole list of them. There is a ruler I saw that not only told you what size strip to cut, but also the measurement needed should you choose to make the HST with the double squares (that could create more confusion that it is worth! LOL) <wave> |

Part 6 is posted. I can do the first part with the 600 hst. I don't have the companion angle, and I don't really want to cut 86 squares twice on the diagonal with 3 1/4" squares, so I am not sure how I want to do these.
