My granddaughter and I make quilts for dolls like this all the time. She is five and this is so easy for her. I love scrappy and these quilts are alot of fun for both of us.

I saw that somewhere else, too. I am thinking of making mug rugs like that. maybe use a black background, so wont get too grungy looking.

I have a link to a doll quilt that's based on the same idea. Haven't made it but I've got all the fabric together.
