The customer service at Sewing Parts online is terrific! I had a foot that was not quite right and after I told them about it, they replaced the foot and sent me return postage label to give them the other one back. I won't ever be afraid to order from them. The new foot was sent out right away so I had it in no time. Loved doing business with them.

I love this company, my very old surger had a stripped screw, I ordered the wrong one(not their fault) I called them to order the right one, they sent it to me by Fed Ex next day. at their expense! They are so nice to talk to on the phone. Too bad other companies aren't like them.
