WOW Krystyna! That striped sashing really packs some punch! I like the diagonal aspect - it really showcase the fabric well. Love the friendship stars!!

I really like it. Especially the way you mirrored your fabrics to achieve a simple, yet modern statement. I agree with the others. The sashing on the bias is just perfect for the quilt. I'll have to remember that and try it with some of the stripes I have been collecting.

It never stops in quilting does it? When I see something like that, I try to talk myself into nobody will notice it! And then, my mind tells me very clearly. "Yes, but you did. Get the darn ripper and get'r'done." It makes me feel so much better when I have corrected what I know is wrong. Aren't you glad you caught it before you quilted it? I catch most of those mistakes when I take a picture of the whole top and look at it. I've begun to take pictures along the way so I don't get too far with a mistake in the design. Happy ripping!!!!!

Couldn't agree more...along with no quilt police, we might want to accept language police to take a breath and allow others their space...if it's not to bad ass an idea. (Read the Bad Ass creed.)
