Binding Joining the ends
I have always had a difficult time joining the ends of the binding.
This starts out joining the strips but # 3-4 is the joining ends.
Hope this helps others.
It worked great on a binding I am finishing today.

The clearest way I've come across is to overlap the ends by the width of the binding, and cut. Then you can bend them upwards (terrible explanation, I know), overlap, and sew the diagonal, trim, and when you place the binding back down it's just the right length and it fits.

I do it per the instructions Holice posted here on the board. I always have to get my instructions out and have them in front of me, but it gets the job done in a way I can understand. I don't know why my brain as so much trouble with joining binding ends!
