Love the easy pattern.........I don't see where anyone puts a bottom on the inside of there tote bags......I would like to do that for the one I will be making but, have no clue as to what to use to do that. I would think card board is too flimsy and would like something more sturdy....any suggestions???

Alot of us use plastic canvas. I cut 2 pieces the size I need and whip stitch them together, make a sleeve (like a pillow case) and slide them in. HTH.

Some people use old cutting boards cut down to size. There is a company called Bag-E-Bottoms sold thru Lazy Girl Designs. These are different sized acrylic purse bottoms and are very sturdy. Many quilt store online and brick and mortar sell these. Or, if you know someone who's handy, buy a large acrylic or plexiglass sheet and have them cut to size.
