Sewing, the television is on mostly Investigation discovery (ID channel) or K-LOVE radio. at the longarm, K-LOVE or stereo is on with CDs Matthew West, Casting Crowns, Kutless, Michael W Smith and sometimes Switchfoot. If I have insomnia and am in sewing room, silence is better.

Christmas music is my favorite, otherwise just the local soft rock radio station. I can't say I really listen more background noise.

Audio books -- hours and hours and hours of audio books. Sort of kills two whatevers with one stone. I am not sacrificing reading time to quild (or vice versa.)

I listen to books on CD from my publish library. At last small group, I introduced a quilt top as my "murder quilt" We had a good laugh about it. This takes care of my two addictions at once.!
