Default What do you think is included...?

By this description, would you think a pattern to print/copy would be included with the download?

If the website says there is a download, then there should be a downloadable pattern with instructions. Did you not click on the correct link to it?

No link, but to answer your question. I have downloaded patterns that have so many photos that it would be a fortune to print. So printed directions are not necessarily included. They are a different animal.

If you download it from email or a website then save it to your computer and then print it out. If it is downloaded it is probably pdf format.

When I download a PDF file I save it to my computer and then pick which page I can print. Either way, I have it in my computer files to look at.

Well, just a guess on my part. She says 'not paper pieced' from that and looking at the photos, I'd say it contains 40 pages of instructions on making improvisationally pieced blocks. She also states in the comment replies: "...The description of the tutorial clearly states these birds are made without patterns or templates of any kind. Moreover the tutorial is for making the birds themselves, and not a finished quilt... The tutorial describes how to make a basic bird and offers many suggestions for quilters to make their own unique birds..."
Couple links to her website:

If you have a specific question, I would use the "Ask a Question" hot spot in the upper right portion of the listing and ask the designer directly.

From what the second link of PaperPrincess post - it looks like a square made up of hst- one with little corners snowballed, so to speak, bigger part being wing, then other half of hst is background...and the rest is just added to fit....?? Lots like it might be a fun thing to do, just to do something...but I think I would have to really draw out on graph paper for guidance......
