WHAT???? They are absolutely gorgeous! Finish it and move on ... it's uniquely yours and there's not another like it in the whole world! Never tell anyone what you think is wrong with that quilt! They will love and cherish them!

I didn't see a problem on it. I've made several tshirt quilts and always figure afterwards something I could have done differently but I would leave these be. They look great.

I love the shadowing. The T-shirts in the boys are similar and present a more solid package (?). The T-shirts in the girls have greater variety and do not blend together as well. I do not see this as a mistake or error on your part. They just are not playing nice with one another.

This is all I could see that might be causing you to think there was a mistake or problem. Remember, they are her shirts and she will love it.

You meant to sew it that way (hint, hint). I'd just make up the quilts as they are. They look great and the tiny black squares spice up the girl's quilt differently. Really... Great job!!!

I love them both - I would not do a thing - lovely - to say the least - I hope mine turns out as good when I attempt my grandchildren's t-shirt quilts...

IF anyone asks, which they won't, just say "I meant to do that". It is your creative license, not a mistake!

what's the problem? I like both and remember there are quilts are you getting grading on this. My brother tells me when I see something wrong "who is going to notice" my reply is "me". They look great.
My first T shirt quilt was a learning experience. I made it for a friend of a friend's daugter. I have learned she has posted a pic on facebook with the caption "my prized possesion" how cool is that!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd leave it alone. The girl will never know that hers was supposed to be like the boy's quilt. This way, they both have their own unique quilt. You did a good job and I think bothquilts look great!
