There is 2”, 3” and 4” of the triangle in a square. I have all 3. I rarely use my strip dies. I use the HST and QST and flying geese the most. I also love my Hunters Star. I have made 3 gfg with the hexi die. I use the small hexi for papers and the middle hexi for fabric. You know what quilts you like to make, those are the dies to get.

I have lots of favorite dies I own and lots of favorites I want but have to say thst right this moment it’s the Log Cabin did. I purchased it at AQS Lancaster lazt week for thst block but the lady at the booth showed us several ways to use it thst have nothing to do with the log cabin block. Having a bummer of a memory I don’t remember all of them but I do remember thst she put a sticky number or maybe a Sharpie number in each piece so yiu remember where to use it when sewing. Also she said thst the individual pieces can be used as block pieces - they are all the same width and all you need to know is the length - make a note of each die pie and yiu end up with ready-to-use pieces for many different blocks. Hope I’m telling this so y’all can follow me.
