Only did that once, many years ago, and haven't done it since. Very vivid memory of the pain.

Ouch, I can feel the pain. I listen to the radio when I'm sewing.

I managed to sew my finger and hit the bone right dab in the middle of my nuckle. It shaddered the bone and now my finger is crooked and can't bend it much. Had to get a tetnus shot to yet....just wasn't my day for sewing.

The last time I did that was the first time I used my new sewing machine, a year ago.

Hi Everyone, I have not been on here for a couple of weekes as I have been in the hospital, but am home now and glad to get back to this board. I went into the hospital with a 103 fever. They did a CT Scan and found a liver abcesss which is very rare so they put a drain into the liver and will be on antibiotics for probably the next ten weekes. Anyhow am glad to be back . Please keep me in your prayers.
