Am I the only one who...

I've always been a barefooted kook, but. As I've aged, I have problems with callouses on the tops of my toes where I put my foot behind me at the computer, dinner table and generally at the sewing table. And they are bent so they do not lay flat when standing. My doc says to watch the dry callouses and try to keep them from cracking. So I have to keep something on my feet.............alrighteeeeeeeee now. Saran Wrap works great with softening balm. I just wrap em and keep on living. Happy toes, here!

LOL Funny you should ask. Yesterday here in Missouri it was in the mid 70's. I found about six reasons to walk to my car last night, BAREFOOT! I came in and told my husband "its going to be a great spring and summer" I NEVER wear shoes unless there is ice/snow on the ground. If I have to leave the house to go in public I slip a pair of Adidas sandles on.
LOL To answer your question, NO I don't have anything on my feet when I sew.

If I'm using my Featherweight or 301 I take my right shoe off so I can find the button on the foot pedal. Even in class!
The only time I sew with shoes on at home is when I am using my treadle machine. :-D
