My carpet decorations just got vacuumed up a couple of hours ago. We have company coming in tomorrow There was a trail coming from my sewing room, across the balcony and down the stairs. I'm locking the sewing room door until Sunday afternoon when everyone is gone.

I have my DS vacuum the house (including my sewing room) every Thursday - otherwise my furry socks would be trailing threads all over the house

I have bought 3 vacs lately trying to find one that picks up threads off carpet. Sometimes a broom does better.

doesn't care if my home is not spotless or picture perfect.

It's my CASTLE, I am the QUEEN, and I love the lived-in look.

I tape a trash sack right at my left, that way when I clip a thread it goes right into the sack. Works for me.
