Dealer of the Year?
#1
I, and some others from my quiliting class, have recently bought the Pfaff Expression 4 machine. It's quite different to any other machine I have used and we are constantly asking each other questions etc. Since our dealer is a local guy, he offered to run a (free) workshop for us to take us through all the major parts of the machine together with basic maintenance. Well, we just spent a great afternoon playing and discovering great things about these machines and have learned so much. Think he deserves the nomination of 'Dealer of the Year'.

Sounds like a great dealer. If more of them would realize how important it is to have good public relations with the quilters around maybe they'd do a little more like that. Makes you want to be loyal to that person.

From my explorations it's about a 50/50 split, those that include classes and those that don't, I agree tho' that they should, period.
That being said, I'd totally buy from a dealer like him and if it were a really good class, informative, etc., I'm the type that would do something to show my thanks.
