Can't decide if I like this better with the plain pink sashing, or if it looks better with the lace touching. I thought taking pictures and looking at them side by side would make it easy to decide, but I like them both. What do you all think?

i like the first picture, with the extra pink sashing. it allows the lces to be more prominent and not run into each other.

Either is pretty but I think for ease of putting them together, sashing would work better.

I also vote for the first picture. The different laces shine when they are separated by sashing.

Leave it to me to be the contrarian. I think when the lace touches, it looks more cohesive. With the space between the lace, it just looks like a blob of pink.

I prefer without the sashing. With the sashing, it's the lace that stands out to me, whereas without the sashing, my eye goes to the block centers. But either way will be lovely.
